1. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
1.1. We deliver our products within the US and to all International locations.
1.2. The products are dispatched within 10-14 working days of the successful placement of the orders. Since we value your order, we make new individual pieces for each order.
1.3. Upon placement of the order, the details of the orders are shared with the Customer on the registered e-mail address and phone number, as provided;
1.4. We ensure that the product reaches your doorstep at the earliest. However, the product delivery may sometimes get delayed due to some unforeseen circumstances on the logistic provider’s end;

2. SHIPPING METHODS & FEES
We provide free-shipping within the US for all the prepaid orders.
Domestic ground : Free shipping (USPS)
Domestic second day : $20 (UPS).
Domestic Next Day : $40(UPS)
International : Free Shipping above $1000
International : $50 below $1000
Any additional charge towards import, customs and taxes may be levied by the customs authority once the shipment reaches the destination country. Such charges will be solely borne by the Customer.
3. RETURNS
3.1 We have a 14 days return policy which is flexible and hassle free with relevance to certain products purchased from the Website.
3.2. The Products purchased from the Website by the Customer, can be returned or exchanged in accordance with the terms of this policy:
a. The refund may be made in the form of a credit note for cash on delivery orders. Whereas, the amount will be returned to the payment source if the payment is made by debit or credit card or any accepted payment method from which the Customer had made the payment.
b. No exchange or return shall be accepted if the products are:
- Damaged
- Not in the actual state in which it was purchased
- Washed or dry-cleaned
- Worn or used
- Custom made or made as per the customers preference
- Purchased from any sale of promotion
- Specifically marked non-returnable or non-refundable
- Without the original invoice, packaging, tags, labels etc.
c. The return or exchange request shall be made within 14 days of the purchase

4.4. Plush Cashmere shall have at its sole discretion and reserved rights, to accept or reject any return or exchange requests after due inspection of the products by its team and shall notify the customer accordingly.
